Annual FireVet fundraiser. We’ll have a ton of raffle prizes out there plus a percentage of the drinks will benefit our non-profit. There will be a Veterans Day Parade from 9a-11a on Mill Ave. Live music at CASA starts at 11a—2p. Raffle starts at 5pm. Tshirts and Phoenix hats will be on sale at CASA.
Be on time and ready to workout. Wear PT clothes. Bring a shirt to change into. Water/snacks and writing materials are always encouraged. Continue working on your interview questions. (1) Why do you want to be a FF? (2) What have you done to prepare?

Firevet will be hosting a fundraiser for Juston Doherty's family this Saturday. We need Firevet members to volunteer if able (grilling, setting up, taking donations, clean up). Please reach out to Josh@firevet.org if you can help us. $25 donations gets you a shirt and a meal. Thank you for your support.

Ballots for the Tempe City Council Elections will be mailed to voters next week. This is why it is so important that we tell the voters that Firefighters support Robin!

This is a family friendly walk. Please wear union gear or affinity group shirts. No uniforms.

3rd Annual Firevet Fundraiser. 100% of the proceeds go to the Non-Profit Organization Firevet. Funds are used towards helping veterans transition from the military to Fire Departments around Arizona. A portion of the funds also go to providing scholarships to help students work towards public safety.
$30 entry includes event tshirt, lunch and beer ( Age 21+ of course).
Options this year include reserving a camping spot at the Lost Dutchman State park the night before or the day of the hike if you wish to stay and enjoy the wilderness.
The 8am start time is for anyone looking for a longer adventure out on the mountain. There are multiple options for trails -- you can come and go as you please. There will be a shorter trail for parents that bring children. Burgers and drinks will be served from 12:00-2p, right after that we'll get the raffle going.
